Chad is amazing, super knowledgeable and very helpful. He is super thorough in his explanations and his work is very detailed. Very honest. Also communication is timely and top notch. Everyone in the office is super professional, very friendly and accommodating. I felt cared for and felt like my car is in good hands. From now on, if i need any auto body work done, I will come to Chad and his team at Action Auto Body. Also moving forward, I will ask Honda to send me here if they need to arrange any auto body work that is covered under warranty.

The staff at Action Auto Body has got it figured out, folks. Lisa set up the rental vehicle, Chad sent photos detailing all progress, and I received updates throughout the repair process. The quality of the workmanship was second-to-none! All businesses could take a lesson on how to effectively communicate from the team at Action Auto Body. When I picked up the car, I was able to simply drop off the rental vehicle, get into my car, and go! While I’d rather not make a habit of frequenting auto body shops, I’m sold on Action should the need arise in the future. DM people: stay LOCAL and support this business!

They did a great job at making sure all the damage was covered and then repaired it in a timely manner. They went above and beyond in explaining things to me and keeping me informed during the process. They were helpful in making sure I got my rental car figured out and even helped getting it returned. When I got my car back it was cleaned on the inside and out which was unexpected. All the staff there was courteous and helpful.

I had my BMW done here. Excellent service. They could give you the option for work to be done depending on your budget. Very quality OCD work; I love how it came out. Worth every pretty penny
